About Amaryllis Software
Amaryllis Software (AS) is a company focused on software in conjunction with the Internet. AS is best known for the HTML editor Selida. AS has also produced other titles (none available for download at this time).
We at AS live and develop our products in the little, cold country of Norway. The first program was finished in 1997 under the company name "Vonda|com". As time went on our programming knowledge and expertise grew to the degree that we felt we should rename the company itself. The new name is Amaryllis Software and the year was 2000. Currently we are only develop Selida and focus all of our time on it in order to bring you the best HTML editor in the world!

The first edition of amaryllis.8m.com was finished 02.02.2000. I (webmaster) thought it was really cool, but I know better now... The page has some strange colors, and a very rectangular design |

As a result of the "hard" design in the 1st version, the secondary was more rounded. It included some fancy technologies like flash and CGI, but it looked awfull in Netscape. |

The third edition of amaryllis.8m.com had a minimalistic, fast and a bit h4cHer like interface. I though it really rocked, but while it maybe had worked for a homepage, it was not good as a company page. |

After the quite ugly third edition, the forth version was designed. It was clean, simple, but a bit boring. This version was released at the same time as Selida 2.0. |

The fifth edition is more elegant, then the boring forth version. It is simple, but not too simple. All the text is also rewritten. |
